Several tribes have little mini villages set up and you visit and see their way of life with cooking demos, singing and crafts. The tribal groups are dressed in traditional clothing and appear to be real. They actually live at the site and if you spend the night like I did for 2 nights you can meet them walking around or cooking their breakfast on an early morning walk. If you can try and stay in the Ndebele rooms as they are magnificent. Complete with wifi and luxurious beds and fixtures. Simply fantastic. And the food? I told the head coof I was vegan and he had special food for me at every meal. Buffet style and such a variety that was hot and delicious. I could eat there everyday. And if you are a meat eater? Oh MY!!! They had all kinds of strange things to try like crocodile and ostrich and snake! Gotta go there!
