On our Secret Indian Food Tour: East London, you'll enjoy a variety of authentic Indian foods. You'll discover and taste exciting curries, flavoursome dishes, try Indian sweets and learn about spices and Indian and South Asian cuisine. This tour is for all tastes (some mild, and some more spicy), whether you are a seasoned curry fan or new to this type of food and need an introduction to the varied tastes. You’ll be taken off the beaten track for a truly authentic experience. There's a lot of food, so come hungry! As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. No need to shout over other tourists, you will have every question answered, and leave feeling like a native yourself!

A great tour that we highly recommend

We truly enjoyed this tour. The guide, Jezian, was extremely informed, not only about the food we had but he also gave us a lot of information about the neighborhood. Easy walk, casual restaurants, and great food. We have eaten plenty of Indian food and this was not only some new foods but everything had a great taste. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

Outstanding private Indian food tour

Unbelievable food walking tour with Rakesh (Riki). This was our 2nd food tour with Riki...1st was a group tour with 6 other people. On this trip we opted for a private tour with Riki. He did not disappoint! We went to places we would have never found on our own. He made sure we had tastes of food from different regions of India...exactly what we wanted! Riki is a professional chef so he could explain each of the foods and how it was cooked, ingredients and taste profiles. Glad we did not have breakfast as we were full by the end. A great and very personalized way to experience Indian food in London with Riki. A 5 star tour! Thank you Riki ( and Raj) for a great experience.

Wonderful time with Rakesh Malhotra sampling foods and learning about Indian food and culture! We went to several different locations on Brick Lane, learning specifically about spices and types of foods used heavily in Indian cooking. The Cobra beer was good as well!!! ; )

Great tour

We took a food tour in December 2024. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and took us to several great spots we otherwise wouldn't have known about. We took our kids (ages 13 and 10) and everyone enjoyed the food. In addition to the food, our guide gave us some history of the area and a crash course in Indian spices. All in all it was a great experience.

Flavor bombs!

Quality all round! Riki lead the way with great insights to the area and foods we ate. We were absolutely full by the end and each and every morsel was packed with flavors, flavor bombs all round. Highly recommend this tour - a genuine must do when visiting London.
