Inca Machu Picchu Tours provided me with the best care and adventure during my trip to Peru. I enjoyed every moment of it. Our travel assistant, Yang, was very helpful in arranging my entire trip and answered my questions and concerns when needed. I have never felt insecure or uncomfortable. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants to have a good time in Peru.

I took this private tour with my husband and everything went so smoothly from the US booking to the return to the hotel. our hotel pick-up in Cusco, transfer to the train and meeting our guide Jose in Aguas Calientes, it was all seamless. Our driver was a courteous and safe driver, the train ride was amazing, the return was stunning with views, music and dancing, the Machu Picchu tour was superlative. Everything is professionally delivered. I can't think of any other way to improve the experience other than eliminating the rude tourists who seem to only care about taking selfies at the spiritual site. Thanks a lot guys.

My niece and I went to Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu was an amazing experience overall. Inca Machu Picchu Tours attended very well. Our tour guide Juan are knowledgeable and have a good attitude. They really took care of us like family. They are very organized. I would recommend them to anyone taking a trip We are very happy with the whole team! ! We book a private tour with my husband, pre-booked from the US. Yang helped with the booking via email and was responsive, approachable and spoke good English. He answered all my many questions and customized the tour to our needs. He made us feel very comfortable with advance bookings in Cusco, Peru. You can also tell him and the guide are all about the details and make sure everything is perfect. Our guide Juan was also great. Met us in Aguas calientes and gave us a great tour. Also very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a buffet lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge at the entrance with a view of Machu Picchu. However, it does have great food and already has amazing views which is just what we needed. Thank you!.

Customer service is very good! Inca Machu Picchu Tours does a great job ensuring that we get where we need it at the right time. Of course, Machu Picchu is great and must be done. The tour guide felt that we were in a time frame, but he was very patient with my mother and father thank you for all Inca Team.
