Located just 1.5 hours from the attractions area of Orlando, the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge is the only place in the U.S. where you can experience the manatees up close and face to face. On this Semi-Private Manatee Snorkel Tour, you will enjoy the benefits of a small group. This tour is our most popular as it is limited to a maximum of only 6 participants.

Fun 2 Dive Manatee Tours

Arrive to our full service tour facility and gift shop located in the historical district of beautiful downtown Crystal River, Florida. All manatee tours are conducted daily, year round, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Choose the best tour option to fit your group's size, budget, and departure time. All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration and include all snorkeling gear (Mask, Snorkel, and Wetsuit) at no additional cost. Guides accompany guests into the water on all manatee tours to ensure the best possible experience for both man and manatee. The guide also takes pictures of your manatee encounter which are available for purchase at the conclusion of your tour. You will have an opportunity to view the up to 100 images captured during your experience.

Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge

The Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge provides a sanctuary for manatees both in summer and winter. You will enjoy observing them from both the boat and in the waters of the refuge.

Three Sisters Springs

In the winter Three Sisters Springs provides a safe haven for manatees escaping the cold temperatures of the Gulf of Mexico. As long as the temperatures are not too cold, guests may swim into Three Sisters Springs to observe the manatees.

Captain Brody and guide Santa were awesome! We had so much fun, saw so many manatees and were comfortable the whole time. I was worried about plus size wetsuits but they found one that fit me easy peasy.

Everyone there was great! We had Ben (guide) and Jason (captain). They were great with our kids 5yo/8yo. Would totally recommend going on this tour. It was amazing seeing the manatees so close!

Our Family (6) booked an exclusive, so wonderful! Brody our boat captain was informative and fun, and Ava our guide was amazing! Once in the water the experience was one of a kind with the gentle giants coming out of curiosity - right up to members of our group! Amazing and everyone had a wonderful time.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

OMG! Do it! This was just a dream come true. This was our first experience swimming with manatees and first experience with the snorkeling gear, and wetsuit. Eli, our tour guide was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. He walked us through how to use the snorkeling gear. I’m not a strong swimmer and they made me comfortable to get into the water and swim to the manatees. Once you put your head under the water to see the manatees it was incredible. The pictures that Eli was able to take us came out so beautiful and will treasure the pictures and memories from this trip. Once you get on the boat you’re greeted by Ryan the captain and he was the best. He greets you with a nice hot cup of hot chocolate and Eli will poor hot water on the floor for your feet. . Make sure you bring a extra jacket, sweater, etc that you don’t mind getting in wet to keep you warm on the way back because you will be an icicle.

Storm and Captain Gavin were fantastic guides. They got us away from the crowds and gave us really helpful tips on how to have the best manatee experience. They were so knowledgeable and helpful! We had a great time and some really special manatee moments!
