Overview

Get up early and then have the breakfast before taking a motor-boat along the river to Cai Rang floating market, the largest its kind, where colorful boats carryng juicy fruits and vegetables gather for daily exchanging. We continue the cruise and walk on a quite country road to take in the magnificient scenery and get close to the residents as they go about their daily routines. Visit a float market, a noodle factory, and tropical fruit gardens like papaya, mango, pineaple... Send a short time for cycling around the village will give you a fantastic way to experience local life. Lunch is served at a local restaurant in Can Tho city or on the way back to Saigon.

We had 2 wonderful days with our guide Jackie (also big thanks to our driver Nam!). He was really open to all questions during the trip, spoke really good english and was considerate about all our preferences. The different Meals were one of the Highlights for us. Seeing the coconut candy production was my personal favorite - also it tastes really good!!
