Visit Nero's Golden house's (the Domus Aurea) archeological restoration.These new technologies will be combined with the guided tour of the Domus Aurea’s site. Go at the Domus Aurea entrance. It is located inside Colle Oppio park, entrance from via Labicana. Reach the entrance and show your entrance ticket. The entrance ticket will be sent to you by mail within 2 days prior the scheduled departure date.

A must-see in Rome

Didn't know what to expect but so glad I saw this. This is the original palace of Nero that the Romans then hid away by filling it in with rubble and literally burying it. The Colosseum was built on part of the palace. It's an astonishing place to visit and exceeded my expectations. If you have no imagination - maybe avoid - it does require imagination to think what it once looked like. My only criticism was that the entrance to the site is not clear. We ended up at Trajan's baths and a call to the tour operator didn't help sort things out. In the end, I took a guess and found the actual entrance.

Excellent tour. Working through viator and paying their premium was the only way we could get tickets, as the official ticket website was sold out. Tour provider was very helpful in sending us tickets via Whats App when we had some minor problems and emailed her.

Extremely interesting and informative tour of what is an amazing excavation of a magnificent palace. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Graphics brought the whole experience to life.

Omg I’ve been wanting to do this tour for years but each time I come to Rome it’s been booked out Finally did it and I can honestly say it was even better than I had expected. Absolutely amazing and the guide was fabulous
