Raffle was an excellent tour guide. He taught us about the rich culinary history of New Orleans. He was so friendly and engaging. After the tour, my family went back to two of the restaurants to try more items from the menu.

Great food and great stories are at the origin of food. Donald also gave us a lot of cooking hints. I had no idea how much I like red beans and rice! And we did get into the pelican for the bread pudding and it was as good as you said, Donald!
