We had a blast!!! Rita and her sisters were awesome they made sure we understood the process of making Orecchiette while having fun. They went around to make sure to give you help in perfecting the art of making the pasta correctly.

What a fun class! The atmosphere was perfect and the wine and food tastings were very good. It took several tries to perfect making the pasta!
