You will be guided by a "Local Food Expert", a "buddy" who will explain every detail of the selected restaurants and shops, the preparations of the food specialties, and any relevant history/curiosities. Here's some possible tastings: - Cheese selection: a savory mix selected by one of the best fromager in the neighborhood. - Charcuterie: a selection of the best French specialties. - Le Boeuf Bourguignon: a classic French dish. It is a slow-cooked beef stew made with tender chunks of beef braised in red wine and a variety of vegetables and herbs. Served with a glass of wine. - Crêpe: the most famous traditional French dessert. You will choose among its most popular sweet variants. - Chouquette: a small puff pastry made from choux pastry and sugar pearls.
