The quality of a tour is determined by the tour guide and Anna is hands down the best guide I've had the pleasure of spending time with in all of my travels. First, we ran into a storm while biking to the meeting point and Anna was very understanding and accommodated even though we arrived very late. Even in the rain, the tour was rich and very enjoyable, Anna has such feel knowledge and great appreciation for the city and it really showed. In addition, she is such a genuinely warm person with a big heart and was easy to connect with and feel at ease. Many tours feel scripted and overly structured, but this tour was very personalized. Anna was conversational and interested in our own personal stories and even willing to adjust the tour plan as we went along to tailor it to our hopes and interests. I definitely recommend this tour to other travelers!
