Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. All of our stops were nice, the beauty of Philip Island was awesome and probably the highlight of the tour. Our tour guide, Mike, went above and beyond in making the tour educational with his knowledge and pleasurable with his desire to ensure we had a good time. Thanks Mike!

Lovely experience where you encounter wildlife, amazing scenery and great food and wine. Also the smaller group makes it easier to get to know others on the tour. Our guide did a great job of encouraging conversation

Thank you so much for this great experience! We visited Phillip Island from Melbourne for a wine tasting at the PI Winery (the best wines!), the Koala Conservation Reserve (up and close) and - of course - the Penguin Parade. The penguins were so worth the trip! Rod was such a great tour guide, we had loads of fun with the group. Can really recommend!

The whole trip was brilliantly executed from start to finish, You can get right up close to the penguins with the right ticket, The winery was very good and the tasting was just for your group. The wine tasting is served with a platter of meats cheeses bread olives figs and crackers. Next we were served a lunch of pizza and chips which was also very good. Then it was off to Cowes to spend an hour or so enjoying the beach and shops. Then we were picked up again and taken to the “Nobbies” which is an area with a steep cliff but most of the area has a board walk to allow you to get around easily whilst looking at the landscape and the burrows of the penguins perhaps catching site of one or two of the penguin residents and other wildlife. On return to the mini bus we were treated to a glass of fizz, then we slowly headed to across the cliff tops in the mini bus whilst spotting a few more Penguins lots of Wallabies and some grey geese. 15 minutes later we arrived at the Penguin Parade car park we were then escorted by our guide into the reception hall where we were given our tickets for the Penguin Parade. It is worth saying at this point the better your ticket the more Penguins you will see some in our party only saw 40-80 come up the beach where we sat we literally saw 100’s within 30cm of us.We had purchased the Premier Plus seating which was worth every last penny. Also once in the grand stand style seating area I would advise sitting at the front and near to the gap in the bushes as that is where most of the penguins waddle through.

It was an amazing travel day from wine tasting to an Italian meal to seeing birds, Koalas, Wallabies, and the penguins. Our guide Rod was amazing. It is and was a 12 hour day so be rested but flies by!
