The pick up time of this tour changes monthly, as it is dependant on the arrival of the penguins after sunset, which changes every day. - In peak summer time (November - March), the departure is between 11am and 1pm with a return time of between 10pm - midnight. - In ... winter months (and outside of summer) the pick up time is between 10am-11am with a return time of between 9pm-11pm. We will confirm the exact pick-up 24 hours prior to the tour date itself. Our standard pick up point is from outside Eureka Tower observation deck - underneath the palms trees (located at 7 Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC 3006) however we can pick up from hotels in Melbourne CBD if pre-organised prior to the tour date. We stop here for a restroom break and to purchase any souvenirs. This private 1 day tour to Phillip island offers a range of attractions to visit, which offering the flexibility to spend more time at the sights that interest you the most. We also have added optional extra's. Please contact us prior to the travel date to choose which option you would like to choose as some require 24 hours notification to book.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted travel
Tours operate in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately according to local conditions
Comfy trainers/sneakers are advised. A warm jumper, plus a waterproof jacket is advisable.
We wish to advise larger groups of 4 or 5, that our luggage capacity is limited, so we recommend 1 x airplane cabin-sized bags per person. For groups of 3 passengers or less, 1 x standard size suitcase & 1 x cabin-sized bag per person is acceptable.
Please note that we do not stop at every attraction we have listed. This is just an advisory of the different options. The tour can be extended to include some of these options. On every tour, we do of course still stop at the Penguin Parade and the koala conservation centre. We do also try and include as many other attractions as we can to maximise your time and enjoyment on the island.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Perfect Day Exploring Phillip Island with Posh Penguins - Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful day exploring Phillip Island with Posh Penguins. James was fantastic - very professional and ensured our day was a success. He reached out in advance of our tour for any last minute details. He was on time and had even brought water and great healthy snacks in the car, which was a very clean and comfortable mini van. Phillip Island is scenic and beautiful, and James is knowledgeable about the area. The penguins are super cute as well! Highly recommend a trip to Phillip Island using Posh Penguins and James as your guide.

Wonderful all day tour! Not just the Penguin Parade, which was a highlight, but many other animals and beautiful walks, with James, who is not only charming and easy to talk to but very knowledgeable!

James was a fantastic tour guide for our day on Phillip Island! He was prompt, the car was super comfy and was super accommodating. We really wanted to see animals and we were able to see so many both wild and at wildlife sanctuaries. He took us all over the island and showed us some great spots. He also gave us some great tips for the best penguin parade experience and I can’t tell you how special that evening was. Seeing hundreds of little penguins come from the ocean and waddle back to their burrows was incredible. Make sure you upgrade to penguin’s plus tickets - the grandstands would be very disappointing as they’re quite far away.
