Lago Bacalar (Lake of the Seven Colors)

We will meet you at CASA SIRENA Pier, 15 minutes before the tour time. The captain will show up with the group and give the necessary information and instructions to enjoy the experience to the fullest. The adventure begins! During this tour you will be able to know the most important sites of the Lagoon of 7 colors. You will sail through the different cenotes (Black, Emerald and Cocalitos), swim in the crystal clear waters of the famous Pirate Channel, and enjoy the calm and beauty of Bird Island, where you can see different species of local and migratory birds depending on the season. We love to spoil them. That’s why the captain will wait for you on the boat with a snack with the best seasonal fruits, waters and a complimentary iced beer.

Chill times in Bacalar

Silvia was such a vibe! She started off strong playing the reggae version of Blue Jeans by Lana Del Rey, I loved it. My partner and I were lucky to have a private boat ride since no one else booked the 9:30am slot. Silvia was very kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Her explanation about the lagoon was very informative. The best part is she steered clear of any spots where there were too many people or boats. She made sure that the two times we got to swim were more private and we were fortunate as we were able to take lots of pictures because of it. Throughout the trip she provided us two beers and some fresh cut (and delicious) fruit. I would recommend a trip with her to anyone. Should we ever visit Bacalar, I would love to book with her again. Thank you Silvia, you rock!

We had an amazing boat trip to Bacalar! The boat was spacious and slow-paced—exactly what we were looking for. The hostess was incredible, communicating with us perfectly throughout the trip. She provided us with plenty of tips and shared so much interesting information about Bacalar, making the experience even more special. It was a lovely experience overall, and I would totally recommend it to anyone!

Very pleasant experience. Leo, our guide, is a very friendly and enthusiastic man. His beautiful helper had amazing taste in music, so we were treated with great ambiance. Fun and relaxing spots, with drinks and snacks. What more could you want?

It was very nice. We had a good guide that told us a lot of interesting things. Good snacks were served. We enjoyed the two swimming stops.

The views were amazing. Fiona was a friendly and knowledgeable host. We had plenty of time for swimming and learnt about conservation of the lagoon and history of the area.
