Itinerary

Experience the ultimate 1-on-1 private Muay Thai immersion with a seasoned Kru (coach) in the prestigious setting of the famous Phuket King professional Muay Thai gym. Upon your arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey into the world of Muay Thai. Your dedicated Kru will guide you through a fun session, tailored to your level and experience. Start with a warm-up designed to prepare your body for the techniques ahead. Your Kru will then introduce you to the art of Muay Thai, teaching you the various strikes and techniques. Put your newfound skills into practice during 3 rounds of pad work, where you'll have the opportunity to strike the iconic Muay Thai Pads. The heavy bag will also become your training partner as you refine your striking abilities. As your session comes to a close, your Kru will lead you in a warm-down. The entire experience typically spans around 1 hour. No need to worry about equipment; we've got you covered. Just come dressed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, and we'll provide all the necessary gear for an exceptional Muay Thai experience.

Phuket King gym

What a day at Phuket King gym! Staff cannot be more friendly, they did make us feel like home! If you want to learn something more about Muay Thai without stressing how good you are, that’s the place to go! After training sessions we experienced herbal sauna and ice bath, which was nearly as good as getting exhausted after getting your bum kicked… 10/10

Muay Thai group session for beginners

I booked a group training session with my three sons (14,16,20) during the Christmas period. We had an absolutely fantastic time, we were all beginners but the coaches really took their time to help us out, giving praise but really pushing us physically and technically. It was an early start; 8 am for a 1.5 hour session, but it meant that we missed the worst of the heat of the day(although you wouldn’t believe it from the amount of sweat we generated!). The price was very cheap working out at around £10 per person the session included a warmup, technical instruction, bag exercises and three pad sessions per person. Totally exhausting but would not hesitate to recommend. Possibly the best thing we did during our holiday.

It’s a great experience. Even if you plan on doing only one or two classes I recommend it. The staff were super friendly, experienced and professional.

Truly such an amazing experience, the whole team is very professional and knowledgeable. Tom is a great guy, I missed my scheduled class and he reached out and was extremely accommodating, letting me come to the later one in the evening. Cannot recommend coming here enough, once again thank you so much to everyone for their hard work!
