At 09:00 AM or your given time pick-up from your preferred location in Delhi / Gurugram / Noida. Our driver will come to receive you and a sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi begins. Your tour guide would meet you on the way and assist you all day.
Jama Masjid
Admire the monuments of Old Delhi, such as the Mughal mosque, Jama Masjid (The Friday Mosque) is the congregational mosque of Old Delhi. It was commissioned by the fifth Mughal ruler known as Shah Jahan. Who was a noted patron of Islamic architecture whose most famous work is the Taj Mahal, in Agra. The mosque is sited on a high plinth atop a natural hillock. It is the largest mosque in India & Due to its magnificence and size, it is often regarded as the apotheosis of Indian mosque design.

Pasar Chandni Chowk
After the Jama Masjid enjoy A ride on a rickshaw to one of the oldest markets of Delhi, Chandni Chowk Old Delhi's main thoroughfare which is a chaotic wholesale market lined by hawkers and porters offering full medieval bazaar experience. During the reign of Shah Jahan, there was a tree-lined canal running through its centre, reflecting the moon. Hence, the name "Chandni Chowk" came to being which means "moonlight place". Shopping at Chandni Chowk is fun as the market is distributed in several streets and these narrow streets are inundated with vibrant varieties of clothes, Spices perfumes, electronic items, jewellery, candles & much more. Apart from shopping, this place is equally famous for its eateries, Street food, and Indian snacks.

Red Fort (Pass By)
Drive around & photo stop at the Red Fort from outside as 70% of the building is acquired by the Indian Army. Therefore you see it from outside and click some pictures.
Raj Ghat
Next visit Raj Ghat which is an elementary square platform of black marble on the banks of Yamuna River, symbolizes the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated followed by his assassination in 1948. A dedicatory ritual takes place each Friday, in his memory.

Stop for photos at India Gate which is an Arc-de-Triomphe-like 140 feet high gateway that was constructed as a War Memorial in memory of the 70,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who lost their lives during the First World War. An eternal flame burns night and day to commemorate the brave soldiers who lost their lives fighting in the India-Pakistan War of 1971. Stroll up the broad avenue and enjoy the cool breeze. This spot remains a favourite place for families and young ones to enjoy an ice cream from the several carts that are lined by.
Rashtrapati Bhawan (Pass By)
Drive around for photos at The Viceroy's House after independence became the official home of the President of India which is popularly known as Rashtrapati Bhavan. The decision to build a residence for the British Viceroy during the capital of India would be relocated from Calcutta to Delhi. The splendour of the Rashtrapati Bhavan is multi-dimensional. its vast mansion and architecture are breathtaking. More than these, it has a hallowed existence in the annals of democracy for being the residence of the President of the largest democracy in the world. Few official residential premises of the Head of the State in the world will match the Rashtrapati Bhavan in terms of its size, vastness and its magnificence.
Parliament House (Pass By)
Drive around for photos at The Parliament House was designed by British architect Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker. It is one of the most impressive buildings in New Delhi. The Parliament House comprises a central hall which is circular and is considered to be a very important part of the building since this is the place where the Indian Constitution was drafted. The Parliament houses the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and a library hall. where a country of 1.3 billion people is managed. The government of the largest democracy in the world sits in the parliament house.

Gurudwara Bangla Sahib
Next visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is one of the most prominent Sikh gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship, in Delhi, and known for its association with the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan, as well as the pool inside its complex, known as the "Sarovar." It was first built as a small shrine by Sikh General Sardar Bhagel Singh Dhaliwal in 1783, who supervised the construction of nine Sikh shrines in Delhi in the same year, during the reign of Mughal Emperor, Shah Alam II.[1]The grounds include the Gurudwara, a kitchen, a large (holy) pond, a school, and an art gallery. As with all Sikh Gurdwaras, the concept of langar is practised, and all people regardless of race or religion may eat in the Gurdwara kitchen (langar hall). Finally, visit Qutub Minar which is a world heritage site. The tall minaret was constructed in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak and later completed by his successor Iltutmish. The soaring conical tower is an exquisite example of Indo-Islamic Afghan architecture & has survived the ravages of time impressively. This great masterpiece is surrounded by lush green gardens, which is an ideal leisurely place for visitors. Each of the 5 storeys and tower of Qutub Minar has unique designs. It was hit by lightning a couple of times and was damaged & subsequent rulers repaired it. Thus it is standing mightily as it was before till date. Qutub Minar is the favourite destination of tourists. It is India's one of the most visited monument. After your tour, you will be driven back to the Hotel. Another fabulous trip arranged by Sonia and her team. I did a great half day picking up some of the sites of Adeline have not seen before. Vivek was my guide and was fabulous - I am a history buff and he was able to give me all of the details I wanted about the places we went, he was also really patient with me taking photos and helped me find some of the best spots. Our car was safe and clean and our driver Anand really friendly. Travelling solo I always appreciate how safe I feel when Sonia organises a trip. Thank you

Had an amazing tour of Delhi (Old vs New) with Vivek. He was very knowledgeable of Indian history and culture, including different world religions originating from India. Always on schedule, with right pacing for every tourist attraction. Also, lunch food was great! Will recommend.
