The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramses II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramesses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Easy transfer to Luxor. Driver was on time and we were in Luxor in 3 hours and 15 mins. Very professional and air conditioned car.

The driver was great. He even bought us breakfast. There was air conditioning in the car. The driver drove smoothly and safely. He reminded us to pay attention to the time as it would be too hot at noon. We enjoyed this journey very much.

Amazing Way to Visit Abu Simbel

We had our guide Mariam following us through the amazing trip to Abu Simbel. She was very nice to us, very informative and helpful at all times. The views of the ride until the temples are very beautiful as well, with the desert surrounding you through almost all the way. Guides don’t get to enter the temples with you, but Mariam did a great job at contextualizing everything beforehand and clarifiying our doubts afterwards. Great way to visit Abu Simbel, totally recommend!

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY! Our guide Samir was the most prepared and professional guide so far in Egypt. He spent the time travelling talking history and site specifics. He even prepared a map of what to look for in each or the Abu Simbel temples! With the pick up at 7am from Aswan, and with a Great driver Hamoo in a very comfortable car, we avoided the crowds and had a perfect day. This is a must when visiting Aswan, and ask for Samir and Hamoo - you will have the most perfect day
