Meet at the entrance gate of 'Colle Oppio Park', in front of the Oppio Caffè Bar. From the 'Colosseo metro station' reach the terrace above the station. Walk on 'Via Nicola Salvi' about 100m. Look for our coordinator holding a White Flag at the entrance gate of 'Colle Oppio Park'.

    Marvel up-close at the tremendous Arch of Titus, erected on the main street of the Roman Forum in the first century AD.     Complete your Ancient Rome experience as you climb the Palatine Hill. One of the seven famous hills of Rome, the Palatine is particularly revered for its mythical importance as the origin of the city. All of this tour was so very memorable. We were taken aback with the Colosseum, size and history and finally being here at this iconic site. The Roman Forum and Palatine Hill were equally impressive. Wow... Our tour guide was a bit heavy on a Italian accent (understandably), and talked fast, but after a while she was easier to understand. It actually made us really concentrate, on what was being said, which made the tour excellent. We loved how she always said, "image this", as she was trying to get us all to understand what it would of been like all those years ago, visiting the gladiator fights, or walking in the streets or markets of the Roman Forum. The tour was well organized and we all were given sufficient time to absorb our surroundings and ask questions. Amazing
