This market is absolutely non-touristic one and your rider will tell you stories you would love to hear when walking around the food stands • Learn about Vietnamese & Chinese communities when the journey leads you to a beautiful temple where you can adopt traditional gestures by making wishes for good fortune. Absorb the sacred atmosphere of the Thien Hau Temple, a revered structure built in the 19th century and dedicated to Thien Hau, the protector of the seafarers. • Time for a coffee break at one of the oldest cafes in town and admire how the owners maintain and preserve their traditional coffee-making process as pride of her family’s tradition. Here they still brew the coffee with a cloth strainer and a clay pot. Small coffee place but always crowded. • Finish your adventure when your riders take you to a local restaurant for amazing Vietnamese food. Here time to test your chopstick using skill and satisfy your belly with a Vietnamese noodle. If you have heard about the legendary Pho, this dish is another kind of noddle but tastier. • Head back to your hotel, your riders drop you there and say your goodbyes after a fun adventure.
