Overview

An amazing Segway tour to Heraklion's hidden and visible beauties.. The fun start from the busy road of 25 August, which is a commercial center of Heraklion. Then we descend to the coastal road and we meet in front of us the harbor that stands out majestically the fortress Koules.

We will start the tour from the busy road of 25 August, which is a commercial center of Heraklion.

Castello del Molo (Koules)

Then you descend to the coastal road and you meet in front of you the harbor that stands out majestically the fortress Koules.

Historical Museum of Crete

Then you head west and meet the Historical Museum of Crete where the treasures are kept the Christian, the Byzantines, the Medieval, and the modern times of the Great.

Loggia

Climbing the coastal road we find the first great monument of Loggia. In the center of the city there are many monuments of the medieval times of Crete, which show its great acne in these years. South of Loggia, it is the Basilica of St. Mark and it was the Cathedral of Crete. Today, St. Marks houses the Municipal Art Gallery of Heraklion.

A few meters from Saint Catherine stands the Metropolitan Church of Agios Minas, the patron saint of Heraklion. You continue from the picturesque streets of the old town and pass through the city's courthouses to drive to the open market of 1821, where you are in front of the Bebo - Sebill fountain. At the end of your Tour we will meet Eleftheria Square and the Archaeological Museum of the city and the fantastic picturesque streets of the old city as well as the medieval monuments of Heraklion

The segway tour in heraklion was more thsn perfect! Yanis the guide was absolutly wonderful. Charming tour with a wide sightseeing. You can definatly see Yanis does it with love! Highly recommended 5 star tour!!!!0zxz
