Loved the experience and would recommend it.
I only wished it was specified more clear that it is 2 days, 1 night in Puno and 1 night on the bus sleeping on your way back to Cusco, so it is technically 2 days and 2 nights.
Day 1: They are very punctual, which also means you are very very rushed at all stops. Not enough time for pictures.
The lunch was good but the restrooms (men/women) were very very bad.
The restroom on the sleeper bus going back had the urinal right in your face if a lady has to use the facility which was very unhygienic and nasty - so ladies beware.
Other than that, the tour guide was really nice, the equipment (motorcoaches) were new, the hotel was clean and quaint, the tour to the Uros island was nice. You do feel a bit pressured (even if they say no pressure) to buy something because you feel bad and the family really insists you buy something to help them out. But they are all very nice, the guide to the islands, the boat, and the highlight was also Taquille island with the locals setting up a dance demonstration, use of some indiginous cacti for cleaning, the crafts and the lunch was great there. The family was so accommodating, friendly, very clean, great food, clean restrooms with soap and paper (big bonus), and the views....amazing.
I would still recommend the trip as it does take you to experience other people in their environment and you are being exposed to their ways, which is awesome.
