The tour guide and company is very professional. The transportation is high quality and the English speaking guide/driver is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip and it was exactly what we wanted.

I usually wait weeks after a trip to review. But I have to say that our experience on our Tour of Tokyo was amazing with Ryu (Pronounced R-U) . We were a family of 3 (with a 17 year old ) . He picked us up at our hotel , on a rare day when it was snowing. We were more than comfortable in a luxury van . He had snacks, water and umbrellas for all of us. While I noticed there were other private tours available on this sight , it was important for me that we had a guide who would walk and give us historical background on all the sights. He asked us for what was important to us and we changed up the tour to make sure we stayed warmer in the morning and during the afternoon when the sun came out we did more outdoor activities. He recommended a few lunch spots and choice was very good. He taught us a few phrases in Japanese . He even found out of the way "secret" locations for photo opportunities. He took his time keeping each of us engaged. He even gave us future tips for the rest of our stay while in Tokyo. I won't hesitate to recommend him.

Professional, smart, insightful

Umi, our driver, she glides out of the car perfectly polished and with the most pleasant greeting. As she opens the door for you, she makes sure you don’t hit your head stepping into the car by covering her hand at the car frame. Mind you, this is in freezing cold temperatures and raining! All with a bright smile that I swear, sparkles. Her driving skills are clearly strong, and if asked, her suggestions are intuitively given. Frankly, I didn’t need any other help other than Umi. We’re off to other parts of Japan now and I wish our touring company hired her throughout our trip. I would indeed pay whatever the extra fee is to have her join us. My husband and I already miss having her as our driver. Thank you Umi!

A Pleasant Way To See Tokyo

Our guide, Richie, was very pleasant and informative about Japanese history and culture. He was also very flexible and accommodating, adding a stop at our request and willing to tailor the tour to our group's preferences. We appreciated his safe driving and his tips on where else to visit during our stay in Tokyo.
