Overview

The only underground Toledo guided tour, the original, that goes down to several private undergrounds, exclusively, including THERMAE, the most impressive and spacious Roman underground in the city, only with us, in the afternoon and evening. Other companies visit the typical basements that are offered free of charge, we visit the most private and different, those that are closed to the public. Discover the history of the city of the Three Cultures in the places, underground, where they lived from Roman times to practically today. Visiting: Thermae, the dungeons of the Posada de la Hermandad, the basement of a private home with a collection of models of Toledo monuments in wood and the basement of a private house in the Jewish quarters. We also walk outside, through different streets and corners of the city, it is not all the time underground.

Meeting points

We start at CALLE SIXTO RAMÓN PARRO, number 9, behind the Cathedral (look for Rutas de Toledo, near the Manchego Cheese Museum and at the door with the methacrylate "Rutas de Toledo", between. At the back of the patio is our office)

    We visited some unusual dungeons.

  • Las Termas Romanas de la Plaza de Amador de los Rios

    We visit exclusively, the guide opens with his key, in private, the space "Thermae" (they are not the public offices of the thermal baths that everyone visits), the most impressive underground in Toledo.

  • Casco Historico de Toledo

    We will walk through different corners on the way to the 4 undergrounds we visited, including a private home.

  • Jewish Quarter of Toledo

    We reached the Jewish quarters to go down to the underground of an old Jewish house.
