is a natural freshwater lagoon located in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, near the town of Tulum. It's taken a while, but I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the incredible service given us by two butlers at the Unico Resort in Tulum between June 22-29. We dealt for the most part with Roger but also with Israel. Roger made our stay so pleasant that he/they should be commended. A credit to Unico.
