Driver was very professional, courteous and friendly. He carried our luggage to the water taxi where another driver was waiting. Only complaint was that the water taxi driver took us to the hotel the shortest possible route avoiding key sites along the Grand Canal. However, it was a great and safe experience.

Our family of 6 had an easy transfer to Venice after our cruise ended in Trieste. Our driver was polite and spoke enough English to explain time and directions. He was even polite when we asked to stop at a service area for a quick break. The best part was the included sea taxi once we arrived at Piazza Roma. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
