We were with Freddy, who by the way, speaks a really good french. I think it would be nice to propose the tour in French, I would have been of those interested to pay a little bit more for this service. We were picked up at the hotel at 7AM and we were back on Puno around 4PM. It was really convenient for us that the tour took the "entire" day since there is not much to do back in Puno. So the first stop to the Uros floating islands was very nice. There was not too much tourists since every boat goes to a different island. We met locals and they explained their daily life, how they build the floating islands, their traditions, etc.. Of course they try to push you to buy things, but in final, you're not constrained to. Good point is that we didn't see kids trying to sing for tips. Then Taquile, well, despite the view on the lake and that the lunch was nice, there is not much to see. We enjoyed the time in the boat (around 3h), view was nice and seats comfy so we were able to rest.
