Overview

We begin our adventure crossing the national route, exploring valleys and mountains. We arrive at Paso Garibaldi, where we cross the Andes Mountains and get our first view of Lago Escondido. Since 1957, this place has been our home as we work with the local wood, lenga. As we descend towards the Escondido Lake, the exciting off road journey begins to one of the Estancia's shelters. Here, we will stop to interact with the horses and enjoy a delicious breakfast. The more adventurous can opt for a short ride along the shore of the lake. You will experience all the thrill of the Off Road, crossing large water holes and beaver areas until you reach our refuge at Fagnano Lake. Lake Fagnano will be the perfect setting for our lunch. After lunch, you can stroll and enjoy the immensity of Lake Fagnano before returning to the city.

Join us for a day in the countryside and discover the beauty of the Escondido and Fagnano lakes on an off road journey. You will travel in specially prepared 4x4 Toyota SW4 pickup trucks as we explore old sawmill roads. Along the way, you will learn about the history of the region, cross the Andes Mountains at Paso Garibaldi and enjoy panoramic views of Lago Escondido.
  • Lunch includes a starter of Argentine picada, meat with grilled vegetables and salads, followed by a farewell tea or coffee. If you have passengers with special dietary requirements, such as vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or any other dietary needs, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a special menu.
