Overview

This beautiful, boutique, authentic, scenic wine tour offers the best views and wines of Waiheke Island. You will visit three of the island’s world-renowned vineyards for wine tastings and a lunch stop at The Batch Winery, which boasts breathtaking 360-degree views of the Hauraki Gulf. From this vineyard, you can enjoy the stunning sights of Auckland and the iconic Rangitoto Volcano. During the tour, our local authentic Tour Guides will give engaging commentary and teach you about the Island the culture and the people of Waiheke. Our itinerary starts with tastings at 11 AM, followed by lunch (at your own expense) at a stunning venue, then we will head to Onetangi Valley for additional wine tastings. The grand finale will take place at The Mudbrick Vineyard. All vineyards offer breathtaking views, showcasing picturesque villages, beautiful beaches, lush vineyards, and charming homes.

This was a fabulous tour with plenty to see and several very fine vineyards to taste wine. Sharon , our tour guide, was exceptional!

Very pleasant day! Lunch. Was not included but there was a stop at a 4th winery where lunch and wine were available for purchase. Plenty of time at this stop. We stopped at three lovely wineries. Sharon our guide was super nice and proud to drive us around the entire island. Also recommend booking the Island Direct ferry - you can reserve a place and avoid the longer lines at Fuller.

A very enjoyable day out in the wine country. Our tour guide made it very enjoyable and was very accommodating to all. The lunch was awesome and the wineries were great. Interesting to hear their stories and learn a little about the area. Thank you a great afternoon enjoying New Zealand.

Amazing day exploring the beautiful island!! Debbie was our guide and she was phenomenal. So sweet and made sure to keep us safe. Learned so much about the island and the hosts at the wineries were great too. Wine was delicious and we even made some new friends. Highly recommend!
