I took a cooking class to learn how to make won ton soup. What a positive experience. Chef Li was highly organized and very clear in her instructitons. On top of of the cooking class, she gave a fascinating history of won ton soup as well as the significance of Chinese New Year. I would highly recommend this course to anyone.
