An amazing tour with amazing staff

Words can’t describe how awesome the Banff Journey team has been for this trip. My partner and I had scheduled the Lake Louise and Abraham Lake tours on two different days. Unfortunately our flight got cancelled due to weather and we missed the Lake Louise tour, and Banff Journey immediately offered to reschedule it. Since we already had plans, we weren’t able to reschedule to the proposed day, so they did the next best thing and squeezed in a stop at Lake Louise after visiting Abraham Lake, allowing us to see a bucket list destination. They were extremely accommodating, responsive, and patient with my millions of questions, highly recommend their tours!

Breathtaking view in Jasper National Park in winter

This is my second weekend joining this company's day tour from Calgary as a solo traveler (after previous weekend visit to Banff National Park). This time the scenery at Jasper National Park was even more breathtaking and there were very few tourists compared with Lake Louise. William is again our tour guide this time; apart from personally guiding us during ice/snow walking on the three lakes and taking pictures for each of us in turn despite it's freezing cold without gloves, I'm also impressed with his driving (which was way more challenging than the route to Banff due to the snow and road conditions). Overall, I highly recommend this tour to those who travel in Calgary without car rental (esp for those inexperienced driving in the snow) and want to explore Canadian winter natural landscapes without a flock of tourist.

William was an awesome guide. Made it fun and was very accommodating. It was SUPER cold and he was still snapping pictures without gloves to make sure to capture the participants experience. Spotted wildlife and he made sure we were able to get pictures. Good driver even in the horrible conditions. Tour stops and the ride in between was absolutely amazing. The only thing to complain about is the cold which has nothing to do with the tour or guide. Also please be aware there are restrooms at all the parking areas but they are the same temp as outside so your parts will get chilly.
