Not the first time being there, lovely fun experience as always. Very generous with the drinks and even though the time slot is only for 20 mins, it's more than enough in the cold!

Fun time on ice

This was just brilliant & what a different experience to have with my sister . Booked online & arrived at time chosen . Greeted at the entrance & given our gold & silver tokens . 1 for the bar before your visit & cocktails were yummy . The other 2 x tokens are for shots or beers in ice glasses when inside the ice bar . The lifts are dimmed & an actor announces & shows a video which is very good . You then proceed through the curtain , collect your warm jacket & gloves & enter the Icebar. It was just the right size & it was definitely freezing & I kept sticking to the floor which was funny . We had shots & beers from a menu & enjoyed a fun filled 20 minutes on ice laughing with other ‘inmates’ . They take pictures at start that you can purchase when out if you want & we did but there was no pressure . Absolutely loved this experience & recommend to all .

Such an amazing experience, I'd never done anything like it before! The staff were amazing and the "freezer" as I called it was such a a unique experience. Thank you so much for helping me create memories I'll hold forever.

very good experience well worth the money, the person who took our small party was very entertaining appreciating it was only for max 15 minutes but made it all the more worthwhile. whilst we had taken our own coats and gloves so did not need theirs but the others who did wear them where quite comfortable and warm.....

Venue was very busy, and had a great atmosphere. The Ice Bar bit was very cold at -9.4 but with a little alcohol running through your body it wasn't too bad. Staff were all polite and would recommend a visit....we spent about 75 minutes in the venue total.
