Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Our strategic meeting point is in the Center of Mérida at Catedral San Ildefonso or you can tell us to verify your closest meeting point The pickup time is set according to your location and start ... at 08:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. On Sundays some streets in Mérida are closed for recreational activities, for this reason transportation will not be provided from the hotels, clients must arrive on their own to a meeting point near the San Ildefonso Cathedral. In some occasions, hotel pick-ups are not made, to facilitate departure and arrive on time at the different destinations of the tour, so you can be notified without prior notice to arrive at our office on your own.
