Great experience seeing the Big Island in a day!

This was the best tour we experienced during our trip. The tour operator was able to accommodate dietary needs for members of our group. Our tour guide, Stefan, was wonderful - very knowledgeable and provided history as well as specific information related to any challenging terrain. We would highly recommend this tour!

Big island tour review

This tour gives you a brief overview over the big island. You get to see the corner of coffee farm, multiple waterfalls with many hikes and multiple Lookout point. You also stop at a bakery. Along the way our tour guide gave us some fast facts regarding the island. He was making conversation with the group and trying to get to know us. Overall, this tour gives you a brief overview of all the major tourist attractions on the island but you do not get to walk much. The lunch was also mediocre in my opinion. This tour is recommended for people that do not wish to walk much or swim much. You do spend the majority of the time sitting in a van so keep that in mind as well. I personally will not be recommending this tour to my family, as we like to dive deeper into various landmarks and enjoy water activities.

It is a long day, but well worth it. The walks/hikes were very manageable even for older guests (we’re 70).

This is a full day adventure. Very satisfying but be ready to be a bid tired by the end of the 11 hour day. At no time was this tour boring. The coach is comfortable and the amount of activity is just right. Not to much sitting for long periods. The ratio of driving to getting out and walking or visiting sites is really just right. Unfortunately we do not have power over Mother Nature, so even though the sea turtles were not up on the beach and the volcano was not erupting, the tour was great. I can only imagine the tour with those two items in action. Our tour guide Brent was FANTASTIC. He kept us engaged most of the time. There was some travel down time which was great to just sit and view the terrain as we drove.

Took an amazing tour 11 hours long and had an amazing and very knowledgeable tour guide Brett He was super professional and actually very funny. He was a great driver and able to give great recommendations while vacationing on the island. Money well spent and ask for Brett.
