This was a high point of our trip. Liz was a wonderful guide. We learned so much and enjoyed everything we ate. It was the perfect introduction to Mexico City.

I went with two friends for a culinary backstreets tour of CDMX We were joined by two others. All of us are veteran travelers. It was the small group, intimate, in-depth experience that we were looking for. Nacho, our guide is personable, experienced, and has a deep love of his culture. It came through in his insightful tour, and, while the food was good, the history and depth of cultural understanding and hidden places he took us were not to be forgotten. And it was fun.

I greatly enjoyed a tour with our guide, Nacho, who is incredibly knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. The food: some familiar such as tacos and enchiladas, some less known, such as sope de jamaica or fresh juices made of local fruit - all delicious. We went around the historical quarters of the city and Mercado Abelardo Rodriguez. Importantly, I have learned a lot about the history and arts of the city. We saw some great murals and an underground archeological site. It is history, arts, and food all in one tour, and I really loved that!
