Overview

The only way to see and appreciate our "Island Paradise" called Kauai, is from above and one of our airplanes is the best way to do it!  Enjoy the breathtaking scenery from one of our two identical GA-8 Airvans, and be mezmerized by the amazing one of a kind panoramic views you'll only get to see from above. We are the ONLY air tour company on Kauai able to accommodate groups of 12 flying at the same time. This is an air tour the whole family will enjoy and love! We treat every guest like family. Itinerary

  • Na Pali Coast State Park (Pass By)

    Nāpali Coast State Wilderness Park lies in the northwest of Kauai Island, Hawaii. It’s known for its towering pali, or sea cliffs, punctuated by narrow valleys, streams and cascading waterfalls. This is the crown jewel of Kauai.

  • Mt. Waialeale (Pass By)

    Mount Waiʻaleʻale is a shield volcano and the second highest point on the island of Kauaʻi. Its name literally means "rippling water" or "overflowing water". The mountain, at an elevation of 5,148 feet averages more than 373 inches of rain a year since 1912, with a record 683 inches in 1982; its summit is one of the rainiest spots on earth.

  • Waimea Canyon State Park (Pass By)

    Known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Breathtaking!

  • Wailua Falls (Pass By)

    Wailua Falls is a waterfall on the island of Kauai. The 173 foot falls are located on the South Fork Wailua River near Lihue. The waterfall is prominently featured on the opening credits of the television series Fantasy Island.

  • Hanalei Bay (Pass By)

    Hanalei Bay is the largest bay on the north shore of Kauaʻi. The bay consists of nearly 2 miles of beach, surrounded by mountains.

  • Manawaiopuna Falls (Jurassic Park Falls) (Pass By)

    Manawaiopuna Falls is a waterfall in the Hawaiian Islands, located in Hanapepe Valley on Kauai Island. It is 400 ft tall. It was featured in the background of several scenes in the 1993 Steven Spielberg film Jurassic Park.

  • Everyone has a window seat with large bubble windows at no extra charge
  • Slow flying tour for optimal viewing and photography
  • Noise reduction headsets with voice activated microphones for communication between guests and pilot.
  • MAXIMUM INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT LIMIT IS 300LBS., with a total weight of 1100 lbs. per airplane. Any group exceeding 1100 lbs. must be booked on two airplanes.
  • CHECK IN TIME IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR.
  • Individual guest names, weights, and contact information must accompany all bookings.
  • Maximum individual weight limit is 300lbs. - 1100 lb. weight limit per airplane

Unforgettable experience

I've been to many places around the world, and this was a bucket list item for me. No exaggeration, this was one of the best experiences of my life so far. Our pilot, Jesse, was so skilled - maneuvering around clouds to give us the smoothest ride and ensuring we got to see the sites from the best angles. Your breath will be taken away. No reflection on the tour itself, but AirVentures should know the radio was super static-y and there was trouble communicating with Jesse for most of the ride. Otherwise, I loved it and can't wait to come back. A couple of the other passengers are with me on the cruise ship and a week later, we still talk about what an amazing experience it was!! Kauai is special and this fly over is a beautiful way to see it. Do yourself a favor and go!!

Our plane tour of Kauai was incredible. We saw the entire island and took beautiful pictures while flying. Our pilot, Josh Hak, shared specific information about the island and highlighted additional details to enhance our experience. I would highly recommend the tour when visiting Kauai. Josh was a fabulous pilot!!

Jesse is an excellent pilot who gave us the smoothest flight with great commentary. I recommend that older passengers take a Dramamine to avoid any possible nausea. Also, the sound system was somewhat warbly and scratchy. Still, this is an experience not to be missed and we got fantastic memories and pictures!
