Mr.Park Jin Hyouck, our assigned driver, was amazing. He not only had the best recommendations on what attractions in Busan would suit our group (we are a group of 6 pax including 2 elderly folks & 2 young kids), but made sure to take care of us at all the attractions, staying with us till we got our tickets. He was also very knowledgeable and shared with us the history/legends relating to some of the attractions we were visiting, and brought us to a couple of places that only locals knew about. On the day we returned to Seoul, he even accompanied us all the way on board the train and helped us with loading of the luggages. We were expecting just a private vehicle with driving service but scored with a professional tour guide who felt more like a friend. We couldn’t have asked for a better host in Busan than Mr.Park!

Ted was fantastic. Our family had the most enjoyable day in Gyeongju. Definitely a highlight of our South Korea trip. We really appreciate that Korea Joy Tour were able to accommodate us on a last minute late booking.

We had a wonderful experience with our private tour driver, Kei! He was professional, punctual, and went the extra mile to make our trip unforgettable. He introduced us to great local eateries and restaurants, shared fascinating historical insights, and gave us excellent suggestions for places to visit, ensuring we made the most of our time. Communications with Joy is a breeze as she responded very fast either on WhatsApp or Line. We were assigned 2 different guides for airport transfer and one that brought us around for 5 days. The private guide cum driver Mr Park Jinh Youck is an amazing guy who never say no to anything as he always try his best to suit your needs. As we were traveling with elderly , he ensured that they are well looked after and always ensuring they got onto the car safely . As the trip was to explore Maple Leaves which unfortunately due to the weather came late , Park was there to offer alternatives that we eventually get to see what we wanted to despite having to drive longer distance. Additionally , he was always there with suggestions of where to eat and what to buy. Nothing is impossible with him because he always replied with he will try to find which speaks a lot of his attitude . Pleasure to be with Park for 5 days and great efforts to Joy for arranging. Both Park and Joy speaks amazing Mandarin !!
