Itinerary

Pico do Arieiro

The second highest point of the island, with wonderful views to both sides of Madeira. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 45 minutes.

Ribeiro Frio

This an excellent opportunity to discover the Trout Reserve. We will also guide you on a levada walk with amazing views of Faial. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 60 minutes.

We will introduce the beautiful, traditionally built Santana houses. This is also where we usually visit a local restaurant for lunch. We will make our way to our next stop using less busy, narrow, and off-road roads. This will take around 30 minutes.

Fantastic fun jeep safari trip!

This was our third jeep safari with Ricardo and he took us to some fantastic places with magnificent views. We missed out last time seeing the views from the highest point on the island due to low cloud. Today the sun was shining brightly and we had magnificent views in all directions. We also visited beautiful coastal locations and a hidden waterfall! Thank you Ricardo, our trip was 5⭐️
