Oleoturismo Guests will have the opportunity to visit the company in all its aspects: fields, equipment, wine cellar. We will explain to you the work and dedication necessary to produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oil with a truly sustainable organic farming method. An in-depth tasting of the produced oils will follow and you will be trained to be more aware consumers of oil.

Simply excellent! As myself I am also o part time olive oil farmer, I was interested into learning new things and generally the approach of a premium quality producer. And so we (me and my girlfriend) did! We came here by Florence, via train and local bus! If you want to plan a day trip into Tuscany area, please consider this tour as a must. I consider olive oil as gold. Visit Giacomo's farm to learn why.

Great scenic tour

The grove’s location in the hills was beautiful. We enjoyed the drive up and our tour was very informative. They went through the cultivation and preservation of the grove, differences between olive oils, and the tasting was great. A lovely way to spend half-a-day.

Wonderful tour of this olive oil farm. Our tour guide, Nicola was extremely knowledgeable and clearly showed passion for this farm. We walked the orchard, learnt about the trees, how olives are cultivated and the very strict process in harvesting and manufacturing the final product. They have an impressive collection of awards for their quality of oil.

We loved the tour and explanation of the fantastic work that is being done to provide such amazing, award winning olive oil. We learned so much about how to look after the olive trees, how to make sure the oil has the best flavour and how the quality can be kept for longer. A huge well done to those who have worked so hard to create olive oil at it's best. Do go to this tour if you can.

Highly recommended, great and unexpected experience

Such a good experience. Nicollò was our tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw Giacomo, whose family has owned the olive farm, in action. The whole experience was engaging and friendly from beginning to end. We did the 09 30 tour and left from Montecatini Terme, we had to get a taxi (€20) to get there on time as the first Funicular time is 09 30 and it's a bit of a walk thereafter too! Would highly recommend this tour.
