Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Communication was prompt, we were picked up on time from our hotel. The team on the ground at Flying Pictures explained everything to us when we arrived and our Pilot made us all feel safe and sound in our balloon. We had 1.5 hours at the site (we chose no guide here) which was just about enough time. Once in a lifetime experience and we are very glad we made the decision as a family to do this tour.

Sitting at my desk, back to work, dreaming about our beautiful day with Flying Pictures. Magical experience. Not scary. Very knowledgeable and well training staff. My husband signed us up, so I was happily surprised that, not only was the ride wonderful, but they also had some local experiences including a talk about local plants, and a mezcal/spirits tasting! They went out of their way to assist us because we needed to get back to town earlier than when the tour ended. I forgot his name! But he was so helpful, great customer service. We went on November 12 and were picked up at Hotel Historico Central. Thanks for the memories.

Incredible once in a lifetime experience. You will be amazed floating through the air, experiencing Mexico and the site from a birds eye view. Highly recommended

Great experience - car transportation was comfy and on time. The time in the ground at the site was adequate. Breakfast was so/ so but we are not buffet fans in general and to be honest it wasn't a deal breaker. The main event (balloon riding) was so serene. We felt completely safe and at peace the whole time. Some advice: - Don't bother using your phone whilst in the balloon. The company will take some pictures of you whilst the balloons are being inflated (ofcourse you can say no), have drones taking videos as the balloon is taking off and in the early stages, and there is a go pro attached to two sides of the balloon taking photos every 3 seconds. the full package of photos and videos was about 2,000 pesos and the quality was exceptional. if you can, save up for the video and pivot package so that you can put your phone down and just enjoy the experience - You need to be able up get in and out of the balloon. This requires a level of flexibility and a little bit of strength if you are short like me. Completely doable but something to be aware of.

Everyone involved in trip was great and as advertised. Our driver was on time and kind. The balloon experience was amazing. They took professional photos of us on the ground and in the air to add to our own stunning photos. Our kids (and us) were thrilled. Then, our Teotihuacan guide, Luis, was incredibly knowledgable and went the pace our kids could manage. A long, expensive day that was worth it.
