Everything about this excursion was amazing. Our guide Bill Hwang was incredibly organized, knowledgeable and pleasant. He suggested and took photos in all of the right places. Offered excellent souvenir suggestions and did a great job of keeping us on schedule. Cannot recommend enough!

The tour is well organised and offers a lot of information regarding the events that led to the division of Korea. Our guide Ann Jung had a deep knowledge of Korean history, in particular the political and social conditions regarding the 1950 - 1953 war. She is very competent, with a warm, polite and kind attitude. We were deeply impressed by the tour and had an extremely informative day.

This tour was great! It's very unfortunate that we couldn't take photos of the North, however this was clearly explained to us. We were given ample amount of time to explore and look around while also being guided around and informed on everything. We did run into a hiccup at the beginning of the tour (two of our members forgot their passport), but Kane was very, very helpful in getting them through and being able to get through the checkpoint. However, I do advise you don't forget as it did inconvenience him with more forms to fill out.

Very informative tour and Kane, the tour guide is highly knowledgeable on the subject matter. He treated the whole group as one team and we value his leadership and time management skills. He is thorough and very accommodating in all of our tour needs especially with ensuring there will be no problem with our trip even if we have lost our passports and we only have the immigration documents to present. He is really good tour guide!!!

Great trip, Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly guide. He was extremely enthusiastic and punctual. Great to check out the DMZ and learn more about the history of Korea.
