Sandra was an outstanding guide and historian. Highly recommend Lima City 4U private tour We toured historic hotels and cathedrals. We saw urban Inca ruins and modern architecture.

I organized a private tour of Lima with Sandra, and it exceeded expectations! We are a business group and had a lot of last minute changes, but Sandra was very accommodating and adapted the tour to fit our tight schedule. Everyone had a blast walking around the historic city center, taking photos, going to the chocolate museum, and visiting the catacombs. I highly recommend taking a tour with Sandra!

We were a group of 8 and wanted to see the city and the areas around Pachacamac. Mariela was out guide for two days and we couldn't have asked for more. Her English is excellent and she, and her driver, were able to show us everything we wanted from the ruins of Pachacamac to the shops and restaurants in Miraflores. As an ex Peace Corps Volunteer (1966-1968) living in Lima, I wanted to "go home again" and visit my old city. Mariela did everything possible to bring back the many memories of my two years living in Lima, La Victoria and Callao. She was terrific!!

Our schedule had us stopping one day in Lima, after a week in the Sacred Valley. Given our morning arrival and need to return to the hotel for flight the next day, we gave Sandra the impossible task of showing us Lima in less than a day. The only word to describe Sandra is AMAZING! The tour was scheduled to include Airport pickup, Lunch, Larco Museum, Historic Centre of Lima, Walk through the most important monuments (Main Plaza, Cathedral, etc.), Visit Convento de San Francisco / Catacombs, Barranco, the Bridge of Sighs, Miraflores, the Park of Love, Larcomar, and Huaca Pucllana with drop off at the Hotel. Needless to say, this was way too much for one day. Despite our packed schedule, Sandra made it a relaxing and comfortable day. She did a great job in making sure we saw those places high on our list and also give us a flavor for the culture of Lima. What we loved the most, was Sandra’s friendliness. She was a wealth of knowledge and really filled in the gaps from our trip to the Sacred Valley. Our favorite time was actually lunch, where we sat down and picked her brain. Sandra is smart and a very good communicator. We hire guides all over the world and Sandra ranks among the best.

I really enjoyed having Mariela as my guide in Lima. I visited Lima for a full day tour and she took me around and we learned about many topics! Food, culture, religion, history, art and architecture. I received a personal tour of an anthropology museum which was top notch! Food and drinks were all excellent and I enjoyed hearing about the City of Lima from he perspective of a local Peruvian. Thank you!
