Booking this 8-hour tour you will visit several of the Basque Coast villages of this rocky area in a luxury vehicle guided by a professional driver. - San Juan de Gaztelugatxe where scenes from "Game of Thrones" were shot. - Urdaibai: Bermeo, Mundaka and Gernika. - Visit Getaria and Zumaia and its amazing "flysch". San Juan de Gaztelugatxe

San Juan de Gaztelugatxe is an island located near the Cantabrian coast from which we can enjoy stunning views. At the top of the island there is a hermitage dedicated to John the Baptist. It can be accessed on foot by a stone bridge and a 241-step staircase.

Highlight of my trip to Basque Country.

Adrian’s depth of knowledge was the best part of the tour. He customized the tour and by the middle of the first day I I knew I had to add a second. A pleasant surprise were the great dining choices Adrian made on both days.

Our tour guide, Joe, was fantastic. He was very informative about the area and had a plan to take us to various areas along the Basque coast; however, he was flexible with the timing and the places we visited based on requests within the group. The tour was one of the highlights of our trip through Spain and definitely recommend.

We had a custom tour from Bilbao up to Biarritz and on the way back saw some places like Gernika. We really enjoy learning about the history of the Basque people and loved the beautiful coastline. Our tour guide was Joe, who spoke very good English and had a good knowledge of the area. He was very helpful in customizing where we were interested in going.
