We had a great time with Alexis! Great guide, great stories, very knowledgeable, and fun! We started in a mezcal and tequila museum, where we learned the history and differences in producing those drinks. Then, we visited several unique local bars, each with a different atmosphere, tasting different mezcal and tequila varieties, insects (the crickets were actually pretty good!), and other local snacks. The food stops in between were also great, especially the tasty Oaxaca place with tlayudas! I would recommend it to anyone interested in drinks and food's history and cultural background, but you will also learn many other things behind it!
