We did the street food tour then the following day a private tour of the slums and rest of the day seeing the sites we’d not already seen. The guides Raj and Chetan were fantastic. It was great to be able to try foods we would never be brave enough to order. The private tour was perfect as we could customise it. Best Masala chai we’ve ever had from the street vendor. Loved all the history and the slum tour was a humbling and insightful experience not to be missed. Excellent value too and supporting education of the local population so you can’t get much better than that.

We spent two days with our guide Raj and got to see so much . Different drivers on each day but were also very good . We visited temples , historic sites , markets , streets , train station and the slums . So much information was given as Raj knowledge was incredible. This is definitely a trip not to miss when visiting . Timings and arrangements were spot on so no worries if on a cruise they will be there to meet you and get you back in plenty of time

Today we took a tour of Dharavi and other sights around Mumbai. The experience was like non-other we had experienced before. Our guide Chetan was the best. He was very knowledgeable with ALL of Mumbai’s history and gave us so many interesting facts. We originally were not going to go to Dharavi, but once he shared our safety was the top of the tour’s priority, we changed our mind. Touring Dharavi shared an eye opening experience and an insight to the slums and their daily lives.

See a lot in one day, so make sure you have the stamina to do so. Great Tour with great narrative!!!

Was a bit apprehensive doing a private tour in such a big city. I shouldn't have worried Sabina was there to greet us at the port with a driver in a lovely clean a/c car. What a day we had, she was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the city tour and she packed all the sights in. The most memberal part of the tour had to be the visit to the slums.This could have been a bit scary( it is a slum so it's not gonna be a flower fi!led walk in a park) but in fact we found it quite humbling, the hours these people work and the conditions in which they live has to be seen to be believed. What we found heart wrenching where the children who had nothing but an amazing spirit for life, all they wanted was to know was where we came from and to say Hi all done whilst giving us the biggest smiles ever! (Not an Nintendo switch in sight just good old fashion street games and football...think kids in UK could do with a school trip there to make them appreciate how lucky they are!!) The amazing thing is that a lot of the trip fees go to a charity to help teach English and what's nice is we were shown the classroom. So to Sabina thank you for a truly unforgettable day......ps please show your mum this review so she can be extra proud of you and all the best to your son who sound like a lovely boy.
