Overview

At class you will receive expert tuition on the art of cooking traditional Thai cuisine. You will practice the skills I learnt from an early age cooking with Mama. We will learn all about the many ingredients used in Thai cooking whilst touring a local market. This is followed by hands on experience creating your own Thai dishes. You may find Thai cooking easier than you think and you will have a lot of fun learning. You will also receive detailed recipes of everything learnt during class. I can easily accommodate vegans and vegetarians and cater for people with food allergies. Single travellers, couples, groups and families with children are all welcome.

Itinerary

My Thai Cooking Class starts with the local market tour to learn about Thai herbs, curry pastes and local ingredients. Then there is expert tuition Learn to prepare, cook, present and serve Thai spring rolls and one Thai dish of your choice. Then there is Lunch or Dinner, our Thai cooking course would not be complete without getting to eat what we created. You will also receive free recipes for all the Thai dishes we learnt during your class and more recipes in the future from my Thai Food Mailing list.

Delicious, entertaining and couldn’t recommend more highly

Such a fantastic half day experience and our kids (14 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed themselves at both the market and cooking class. Couldn’t recommend more highly and frankly her amazing food ruined every other meal for us for the rest of the trip as nothing lived up to her meals! We especially loved her spring rolls and the fried fish with herbs. Apple is a hilarious generous and entertaining host who imparted a wealth of knowledge in a very easy to follow way for our group. I would encourage joining a bigger group as the more people that go (max 9 I think) the more recipes you get to try!

Tuition was excellent and we all learnt how to cook Thai. A fun way to learn with a small group and an excellent teacher. Lunch was delicious, thanks Apple and her colleagues.

Best class I've ever done in Thailand

Apple had a good grasp of English. Was able to explain techniques and why a certain method is adopted. She was generous with tips to keeping and making each dish. We made 7 or 8 dishes and were invited to eat at the end of the class. Transport to and from her venue was included. Well worth the $$. Best Thai cooking class I have done. Well done Apple.! Sandy

From start to finish... Amazing! I had read reviews about how good it was but it is always different when you experience it yourself. There were 3 of us in my party and 6 of us all together, Apple and here team were most accommodating and inclusive. Apple was very knowledgeable and informative and just absolutely lovely! We were well fed and watered also with a few extras We all had picked a different dish to make yet she managed to organise it all so well, all of our food was still hot to eat even after waiting for the last dish to cook Cannot fault this experience with one of the loveliest people! Just an added extra, Apple then arranged for those who wanted to, to be dropped off at the light festival! Thank you
