The PORTO ANTICO area is the great tourist and meeting point of the city. Completely pedestrian is perfect for learning quickly and safely how to drive the Segway, just a stone's throw from the sea.
Palazzo Di San Giorgio (Pass By)

The excursion starts with the sight of Palazzo S. Giorgio, the first bank of Europe and a place of great historical importance.
Piazza Banchi (Pass By)

We will enter the medieval old town passing through this important square, full of curiosities and important buildings.
Caruggi Genoa (Pass By)

We will pass through the largest pedestrianized historical center of Europe, with its thousand-year history and its intricate alleys, its secrets and its most characteristic places. It's a World UNESCO heritage.
Via Giuseppe Garibaldi (Pass By)

We will cross one of the most fascinating and important roads of europe, completely original, symbol of the city. Its elegant sixteenth century buildings and its suspended gardens will bring us a unique and unforgettable atmosphere.
Galleria Giuseppe Mazzini (Pass By)

After visiting the alleys of the old town, the churches and the buildings that compose it, we move to a more recent era through the spectacular and elegant nineteenth-century iron gallery that will take us to new and important monuments.
Piazza Raffaele De Ferrari (Pass By)

We will arrive in the heart of the historic center, the large square with the majestic fountain, overlooked by the important Carlo Felice Theater, the Stock Exchange building and other beautiful palaces, and by the magnificent Via XX Settembre, historic shopping and business street of the city.
Palazzo Ducale (Pass By)

We will admire the grand, sumptuous and elegant Palazzo Ducale was the residence of the Genoese lords and the seat of the city's power, and it too is located in the heart of the historic center, Piazza Matteotti.
La Casa di Colombo (Pass By)

We will reach the house where the famous Genoese navigator was born in 1451, and we will be amazed by the charm that it preserves.
Torri di Porta Soprana (Pass By)

We will pass through this imposing medieval gate, ancient access to the Republic of Genoa, to return to slip through the alleys of one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city: Via di Ravecca.
Museo di Sant'Agostino (Pass By)

We will see the ancient church and its particular cloister, some glimpses of the center seen from an elevated and fascinating position, then descend again towards the sea.
Piazza delle Erbe (Pass By)

The youth, the students of the famous University of Genova and the Genova of the "movida" has always met in this characteristic square, full of restaurants, pubs and beer gardens, a real "navel of the world".
Cattedrale di San Lorenzo - Duomo di Genova (Pass By)

The Cathedral of Genoa, the most important church in the historic center, with its precious marbles and its breathtaking architecture, will make us raise our heads up to heaven to be able to see it all.

Great tour and Genoa was amazing!!!

Had an amazing time on this tour and highly recommend. Guide (Matt) was super knowledgeable and being able to go all around the old city on a Segway was incredibly fun and covered a lot of area. Best tour I have been on thus far.

Fantastic and Fun

First, we had never done a Segway before. Matt, our guide, started with a lesson and we were off. He watched over us well, cleared a path in the busy streets (with a bell) and reminded us on safety. The tour and information provided by Matt was fantastic! We sent another couple we met on our cruise to see Matt, and they had a great time as well. The descriptions and the way Matt puts together the tour going up the hill and history in time made the picture of Genoa and its history come together in a very meaningful way. The hills in Genoa can be brutal, but the Segway solves this issue. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Genoa, as this has to be the best way see and understand Genoa. Again, Matt and the Segway’s are fantastic and fun!!!!

Grazie Mille, Mat! Best Segway Tour ever! Complete Oldtown, Harbour and Kolumbus House. Lots of interesting and sometimes kurious stories about Genua, all questions were answered by Mat, who knows everything about the city. The trip felt like visiting a Friend. This was so fun! Highly recommend. It’ll save you a lot of walking. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly, very safety conscious. I see the only complaint other reviews has were finding the location. I think it could be better. It’s an actual store location, not just someone standing waiting for you. It’s tucked in the corner between the Eataly and the Playground. Keep walking around the building and you’ll see it. The Segway made it a lot more fun, saved a lot of hilly parts climbing and made it feel a lot cooler weather wise than walking. Again, can’t recommend enough. Genova is beautiful!
