What a great tour with just about the perfect blend of Irish history and culture… plus BEER!
You’ll begin at the Guinness Storehouse and have plenty of time to cover its eight floors and get immersed in the fantastic history of Guinness Beer. Trust me, it’s just a staggering overview and the archive of advertising, etc., is mind boggling. Spending time with a pint at their top-level Gravity Bar, with its incredible views, was pretty awesome… and only the beginning of what The Perfect Pint Tour is going to offer you.
Our tour guide, Bobby, was so easy to get to know and it honestly felt as though a longtime friend was driving you around and sharing the best spots to experience the various pub cultures in Dublin… they all had a unique story and generally lots of rather interesting history.
I highly recommend this tour as it’s very well done and it’s definitely not just a pub crawl, although you get the same effect by the end of the tour while also absorbing so much about the Irish people and their legendary (and well deserved) hospitality.
In conclusion, let me say this is a first class operation with great customer service. We had such a grand time, particularly at our final stop, that we did not make it back out to the tour van to retrieve our bags and jackets. We discovered this while still at our last stop and emailed/texted the company to explain and they were going to drop our belongings off the next day at our hotel. When we explained that we had an early morning tour departure the next day over to the Cliffs of Moher, that was enough said and they got everything to us at our hotel literally within about an hour.
Stellar customer service and a swell tour.
Book this and enjoy it… we certainly did!
