Hello from Cyprus Taste Tours! We're a friendly team of locals all with Cypriot heritage. A group of true foodies, our activities focus on discovering Cyprus through food & wine... You’ll be taken into the Troodos mountains to visit 3 carefully selected wineries. Each award-winning winery you'll visit will give you the chance to meet the individuals behind the wine-making and have all your questions answered on this brilliant small group excursion. While driving through the Troodos hills we'll also visit the traditional village of Omodos for a delicious lunch and time to explore! • Learn about the process & history of Cyprus wine • Discover the indigenous grape varieties of the island • Selection of whites, rosés, reds & the celebrated sweet wine Commandaria • Includes an authentic meze lunch with drinks at a traditional taverna • Scenic drive through the mountain villages with stop in Omodos • No need to worry about who'll be the sober driver - door-to-door transport provided!

Perfect day trip near Paphos. Wine, food, culture, history, landscapes.

From the pick-up at our hotel till the drop-off, everything was just amazing. Our guide was Elena. Elena is an outstanding guide and a fascinating person, very easy to talk to, making the trip smooth and relaxed. She's a very good driver! She provided a lot of information in different topics (history, culture etc.). We visited three vinyeards where we were offered tastings and we could chat with vinyeard owners. An absolute highlight was a visit to a one of kind Ayia Mavri winery in Koliani. Xinisteri forever!

Wonderful day out, excellent tour guide with great local knowledge. Stops at wineries interesting with a wide range of tasting, ideal for wine lovers. Excellent Mezi lunch at local taverna. The views are breathtaking a wonderful day trip.

A fantastic way to see the island. Maria was a brilliant and very knowledgeable host. An authentic lunch in a beautiful location. Even the rain and thunder couldn’t dampen our spirits! Would definitely recommend.

Great tour and well worth it

Great day out with Maria, who was friendly and knowledgeable and a very reassuring driver. Beautiful views of Cyprus and a chance to taste so many wines - I counted 12, excluding the spirits! Really enjoyed lunch in the village taverna too. Also shout out to Raphael at Ezousa winery, who was the most engaging and passionate guide to their wines that they could hope for (they were also our favourite wines).

From pick up to drop off, we enjoyed everything about this trip. Myra was very informative about the culture, the regions customs, and traditions. Our winery hosts were amazing providing details of all the lovely wines we tried. The meze lunch was absolutely delicious, full of local specialities and very plentiful. Thanks also go to the other 2 couples (I am sure you'll know who you are) who made our day so much fun. If you are considering this trip, it comes highly recommended and well worth the price.
