Absolutely loved this cooking class. Anagha kindly and thoroughly introduced us to homemade Keralan cuisine, and led us to preparing a few local dishes, answering any questions we had. I particularly liked the fact that it was a properly hands-on experience - from veg cutting to coconut shredding, we got to do it all. Anagha and her family were extremely kind and hospitable. Recomend it to anyone willing to learn and experience local cuisine.
