Once we arrive to the marine, you’ll have time to relax, enjoy the tasty breakfast and get ready for the adventure to come. After the breakfast, we’ll depart towards the whale shark area and start our search. It easy to meet other incredible creatures on the way so you will have a great chance to swim with oceanic mantas, dolphins, turtles and much more! Once whale sharks are spotted, we will start with the snorkeling. We’ll do something called – Snorkeling rounds: 2 guests and one guide. We swim slowly, smoothly, calmly. We are guests at home of the whale shark. Respect, watch and enjoy these amazing creatures as we are just observants in their world. After the swimming with the gentle giants we’ll serve you sandwiches, fruits, water and soft drinks while we’re heading back to Isla Mujeres for the lunch. We’ll have time to relax and enjoy the fantastic beach Playa Norte in Islas Mujeres. After a wonderful day, we will return to the marina at about 03:30 PM.

An amazing whale shark experience topped off with reef snorkeling and a wonderful lunch. Our guide Jane was beyond fantastic, she was so kind helping an 80+yo grandma safely into the water to enjoy the snorkeling experience. She flowed effortlessly between English and Spanish and held our attention during the downtimes with her knowledge of the area. We recommend 10/10.
OMG Whale Sharks Galore!!!

We swam with at least 10 whale sharks, one bigger than the next! Beautiful creatures, so gentle! Nuria was our guide, and she was muy fantástica! My sister and I learned a lot from Nuria as she is incredibly knowledgeable with whale sharks and on all oceanic life! On our tour we swam with beautiful whale sharks in the ocean deep, saw pods of dolphins playing around our boat, and a massively huge sea turtle. Next part of the tour was swimming over a reef where we saw a sting ray, and many other beautiful tropical fish. The last part was relaxing off shore on Isla Mujeres. My sister and I were so happy we chose a private tour as Nuria, 'Kika' the captain, and the rest of the boat crew were so accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and aw yeah fun! My husband has heard me talking about this tour nonstop since I got home, and I told him we're going on this tour for sure next season! Thank you Eco Tours Adventures!

Amazing Tour with Whale Sharks, Amazing Crew

We had an amazing snorkel trip with Whale Sharks with Eco Tours Adventures! The crew was wonderful, everyone was super friendly and helpful, as well as environmental conscious which is always appreciated. Jane, our tour guide was great, she was friendly, funny, and gave us lots of great information & ideas for other activities. It’s great to see someone who cares deeply and protects the animals they work with. We had an amazing dive with the whale sharks, and the crew did their best to spot turtles and dolphins on the boat as well. we had done this tour with a different company in the past, but our experience with Eco Tours was exceptional, and i will be sure to recommend this tour to everyone.
