Immerse yourself in an experience like no other on the Yarra Sunrise Tour! Discover Melbourne’s magical, hidden stories as we run along past some of Melbourne’s most famous landmarks across the Yarra Parklands. On this tour, you’ll have spectacular start to the day by witnessing the beautiful sunrise over the Yarra River before running past iconic Melbourne sights including the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Shrine of Remembrance and many more classic landmarks. Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide will share with you Melbourne’s marvelous history, interesting stories and recommend you the best places to dine and have coffee. During the 7.5km running adventure, there will be plenty of time to take photos to capture your best memories of Melbourne. And because we love our coffee at Running Tours Melbourne we will be sure to finish up at one of Melbourne’s best cafes… because coffee.

This tour starts at Federation Square outside Time Out Cafe. The nearest intersection is Swanston & Flinders Street. Time Out Cafe has orange umbrellas/ shade sails in front of it. Your tour guide will meet you in front of this cafe.

Brilliant way to see Melbourne!

Loved this sunrise tour of Melbourne and the Yarra river. Tim was a gracious and knowledgeable tour guide, who accommodated my running pace and requests (I was lucky to be the only one on this tour). It was a glorious day out there with brilliant sunlight and a slight breeze. Got to see the "G" and the "Tan," the Australian Open venue and the river, some of the street art works and we finished at a brilliant coffee place. You don't have to be a runner to do this tour, but it'll be just the right thing for runners or anybody enjoying the outdoors and being on the move to see things. Thank you, Tim and Matt - can highly recommend!
